Annual Security Report – Cleary Act

Student Rights Under Family Education Right to Privacy Act (FERPA)
FERPA gives each student the right to access their files as well as provides information on who else can have access to his/her files. A form is also provided for the student to give consent to release certain information from their files to individuals. The consent must be completed each time information is to be released. The school does not publish a student directory of information.
