The mobile software applications listed above are intended for use by the public, students, alumni and all parties associated with our organization. The website and mobile applications are used to communicate and obtain information in the way of forms, images, videos, documents, and to engage with other individuals.
Our mobile application(s), as well as our website, may be used to collect personally identifiable information such as, but not limited to the following:

The mobile application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the application. Registration is optional for the public version of the mobile application. However, the student-specific mobile application requires registration in order to have access.
Occasionally, we may use your contact information in order to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions. If you directly disclose personally identifiable information or sensitive information through our mobile applications’ message boards, this information may be collected and used by others.
Automatically Collected Information:
Our website and mobile applications may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, IP addresses, your operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, domain names, access times, referring website addresses, and information about the way you use the application. This information is used for statistical purposes only.

We will retain User-Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate.
Use by Children:
We do not use our website or mobile application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
